Classes will be held on Wednesdays from 6-7 inside the sun-room at The Legacy or you have to option to attend virtually through Zoom. Meeting ID and password sent via email.
Plus you will receive a weekly email bonus with a deeper explanation and picture of a pose/exercise/stretch with the specific golf benefit to help you learn better what you can do on your own between classes and on the course before you play.
For all ages and all levels of ability & flexibility. No previous yoga experience needed.
Bring a mat, mid-iron, and golf ball.
